After dealing with a nightmare experience at HW Kia and
After dealing with a nightmare experience at HW Kia and being left stranded I reached out to Suntrup Kia. I was paired up with Mariah and what a complete relief that was. She was immediately attentive to everything I needed, very accommodating to my kids and situation, and provided fast and incredible service. She really helped me through my tough spot and I have already recommended her to several other people. If you want an incredible and easy car buying process you have to ask for Mariah! I also dealt with a terrible finance guy at my last car dealership. Fortunately for me BJ was my finance guy here and he was incredibly hospitable to me and my kids. They had snacks and were very patient with them. He found me a great loan in such a quick process, was very kind, and made me feel very confident in my decision. The whole process was the complete opposite of the horror I had just dealt with at HW Kia. Even every other staff member there were so friendly and accommodating to us! I am so grateful for the whole team over at Suntrup Kia South County. They have made a forever customer! I can’t thank them enough!

Mariah was a fantastic sales person. She helped me through the whole process getting the car I wanted. She was friendly, conversational, and fun! Which is great because buying a car involves plenty of paperwork and and waiting. Working with Mariah made that waiting and paperwork process really enjoyable. I know when it's time to replace the used vehicle I bought with a brand new car in a few years Mariah will be the person I call. That is because I will both receive high quality service, but also because she is a fun person to spend the car buying process with.

I was ready to purchase a 2027 Telluride with a loan preapproval back in May. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to order. They did not seem to want to order it for me. I found another dealer that had the exact one I wanted. I contacted Rod about a dealer transfer and it took days for him to respond. By the time he responded, I went to the other dealer and purchased direct from them.

We had a great experience with Suntrup Kia South, especially working with Kris Portnoy. From the first time we met Kris about three weeks ago to shaking hands and driving off in our new Telluride X-xxxxxx-Prestige yesterday, everything just felt easy and straightforward. We took our time with the decision—came in more than once, asked a lot of questions, and test drove the model we were interested in—and Kris was patient and helpful through all of it. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point. Kris was easy to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He answered all our questions, kept us in the loop, and gave us plenty of time to make decisions without any pressure. What stood out most to us was how smooth the whole process was. There were no surprises or games—just honest communication and a fair deal. We left feeling really good about the purchase and who we bought from. Came in to look at a Telluride with Landry (Lambo) and could not have had a better experience, everything was super streamlined and transparent all the way thru the finance part. The entire dealership was a very non pressure atmosphere which was very much appreciated. They even filled up the new car and had it ready to go. Can’t recommend this dealer enough, even if you’re not in the market for a Kia, come anyway because you’ll be pleasantly surprised by both the inventory and experience.

Mariah was amazing! I mentioned to her I worked overnights and she instantly went into motion of moving things along swiftly! She was so attentive, informative and funny! BJ in the financial department was just as amazing as she was! He was patient with me while I waited to see what rate my current lien holder would offer and he ended up beating their offer and the original offer he found while waiting! It was great! Great place! Everyone was so friendly & courteous. They realized after looking at my ID that it was actually my birthday. The next thing I know the manager sends out an envelope with a Visa gift card & "Happy Birthday" written on the front! That simple gesture made my day. My sale resp, Mariah Thomas was wonderful. No pressure, no rushing. She was very informed about 2 vehicles I was trying to decide between. Mariah went above & beyond to help me purchase my vehicle. The finance guy Dzenis was great at explaining all the details regarding the actual contract, warranty options & financing. The upbeat music playing in the background & the positive atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. The facility is very clean & welcoming. Hunter, another KIA associates gave me a tour of the rest of the place so I'd know exactly where to go for future sevices calls, such as oil changed & car washes. Everyone seemed to have a great working relationship by helping each other out. I Highly recommend Suntrup KIA!
