Brian helped me with the work that was to be performed on my vehicle, he told me that it would be about an hour and a half until the work was completed, so I waited in the waiting area, and an hour and a half later he texted me that my vehicle was done and I was ready to go. I think overall everything went really well.
John B at Suntrup Kia South does an excellent job servicing my Forte SX. My last service was: transmission flush, synthetic oil change, and recall work. I received my car clean and on-time. Again, John B does a great job and I always ask for him to service my car.

Second car Brandon has sold me this year and the service has been great both times. Each time I've been there he's listened to my situation and worked to try and get the best deal he can, understanding that I was working initially to rebuild my credit and upgrade later. He doesn't waste time trying to sell me on stuff I don't care about, he focused on my specific needs and that was greatly appreciated. Julie in financing was awesome. She worked to find me the best rate, got me great terms, and got through the paperwork quickly. She did a much better job than the first finance guy did of explaining the gap coverage and how that fit into my financing, as well as my additional service contracts, and was overall just more enjoyable to close with. I'm sure I'll be back!
