My experience with Suntrup Kia S. was great. Brian made the services process quick and very easy. My technician, George, sent me a video of the problems he found during the routine inspection and called me to talk through the options I had for getting things fixed. Overall very good experience.
Suntrup has done all of my service since I purchased my vehicle. My service writer, Brian, has always been prompt and polite. The waiting area is comfortable.

Very friendly staff. I went to get a light socket replaced. This was my first time using the dealership for services as I always assumed they charged way more than other places. The staff was friendly and funny. I noticed their oil changes are $25 cheaper than where I have been going (Jiffy Lube). I think I will start to go there. They had a lobby with a TV to sit and wait. They also had seats outside as an option. The only thing I did notice was that they didn't disinfect the waiting room on a consistent basis. I know ...
