I was ready to purchase a 2027 Telluride with a loan preapproval back in May. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to order. They did not seem to want to order it for me. I found another dealer that had the exact one I wanted. I contacted Rod about a dealer transfer and it took days for him to respond. By the time he responded, I went to the other dealer and purchased direct from them.
Mariah was outstanding when it came to assisting me on buying a new car. She is very knowledgeable, honest, and she makes you feel comfortable in the Car buying experience! Dzenis was also very helpful as well. Mistakes were made by the bank and he was able to correct the issues!

I brought my vehicle to Suntrup for a warranty oil leak. While in their possession, the car received damage after an employee drove it into a dirt mound. I was not informed of the damage at the time. Instead, an employee apologized for the delay on the return of my car. He stated there was still some dirt on it that needed to be cleaned off so he ran it through the carwash while I waited outside. The lack of communication and updates within this time frame is what was the most frustrating aspect of my service with Suntrup Kia. We walked into the dealership with four kids and about an hour and a half to look at the car we were interested in. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. The facility was clean and was family-friendly.
Kris worked hard to over come the obstacles set forth by his peers to ensure we left satisfied. We came with a vehicle in mind and he had to search to find the car and then the keys when misplaced by another sales man. We also had some paperwork obstacles after purchase that finance worked quickly to resolve.
