Moe was very patient as I test drove a number of vehicles (without my wife; some sales reps might have dismissed me as a "tire-kicker), and then got us into a certified pre-owned car at a considerable savings. My wife is the saver and was concerned about payments; Jarrodin finance got a rate 0.5% lower than what we had expected, so we were happy to get such a nice car at such a good price. 5 stars, two-thumbs-up or whatever the top marks are to all concerned.

Was not time for a car, but had no choice. Found a used MDX to hold us over. Robyn was the ONLY reason we purchased from them. I could contact Robyn over and over with any issue or concern well after the purchase, through titling. Never felt left out to dry or hanging. There will be hiccups any place you go. What matters is how they are handled. All but one person was pleasant and broke the stereotypical car sales person stigma. Better than I've received at any other dealership. Robyn WILL make you confident that you're not getting screwed over. She is truly good people. Her sense of humor is a bonus!

He didn't pressure me to get into something I couldn't afford and he made sure the final deal was to my satisfaction. Quite possibly could have been the best car buying experience I have ever had, Moe and Jonathan made sure all was ready when I got there, we test drove the car, made the deal, and then Julie got through financing at a great rate in record time. My husband and I are returning customers of Dan's. Because of our first experience with his excellent customer service and honesty, we came back to see him directly! He is straight forward, not pushy and very professional. We worked with Jonathan and Dan when purchasing our new telluride, and the entire experience was great. Both Dan and Jonathan are great and made sure we got the best deal possible on our new vehicle. We will be back for future vehicles! Excellent experience from beginning to end!

Kelly Pfeiffer was a pleasure to work with. I told her what I was looking for and she had it ready for me to test drive that day. She took the time to explain the options on the vehicle and answered all the questions that I had. She also knew that I had plans for that evening and she had me out of there after purchasing a new Telluride in 2 hours. Because I could not take the new one with me she offered to deliver it to my house the next day, which she did. I really appreciated that. This was a great car buying experience.

From helping me entertain my two year old to truly helping me get the best deal, Matt was amazing, friendly, patient, and made me feel 100% comfortable. I was 9 months pregnant when I went in and he colored with my oldest while walking me through everything I needed to know about the car I was looking to buy and how Suntrup could make it possible for me to afford. 10/10 would shop here again and use Matt.

Matt and Jarrod made this the best car-buying experience I've had to-date. Rather than spending 6+ hours going back and forth, over and over, we got the deal done in close to record time. I was treated well and the professionalism shown by the two gentlemen mentioned was astounding. I'm very pleased with how business leading-up to the purchase day was communicated and Matt was excellent at answering all my questions. I felt like a priority, didn't have to sit and twiddle thumbs, and the knowledge shown by Jarrod in getting through the fine-print was exceptional. I'm blown away by how well things went today. I recently purchased a car from Suntrup Kia as an out-of-state buyer. I couldn't find the car I wanted closer to home. I worked with Matt and was able to agree on terms for my purchase and trade all over the phone/online. Matt and the rest of the Suntrup team were easy to deal with, quick to respond to my questions, and made everything simple. When I arrived at the dealership to make the transaction, everything was ready to go and the terms were as discussed - no games. I was in and out quickly, and would certainly recommend them for anyone in my position.
